What you get for the fee is a 24 hour seven day a week concierge service with which you can get recommendations for restaurants, make reservations for restaurants, hotels, golf, and travel assistance, specialty research and shopping. Basically, you have a concierge at your beck and call 24 seven. You also qualify for what they refer to as luxury gifts.
